Introduction: Treasuring God in our Homes

Well, I hope to use this blog... for all you others that are familiar with my blogspot blog... to think, share, and discuess ways to treasure God in our home.  It's different from my other just daily or sometimes weekly or monthly entries that are more related to events and little stories that make up our lives.  But as for this blog, I would like use it more for discussion and idea sharing about "home".

As of right now, our home is finding it's foundation.  I've found the man that will be the leader of my home.  I am a transforming woman, that will hopefully be the supporter and help meet of our home.  And even now, in Claudio and I's engagement, we are making choices for our family and home that will have it's lasting consequences, for we reap what we sow.... and so now, we are deciding what we will sow.  That is a matter of great prayer and consideration.  I think treasuring God in our personal devotional lives as well as in a home needs to be purposeful.  If we're not purposeful about upholding God in speech, emotion, thought, family, even our way of "fighting".... the world and it's paths and ideas will soon move in and occupy whatever you're not taking captive and submitting to the Lord.

So here is my introduction to this blog.  I invite you to join me and help me to treasure God in our lives and in the Molina Home.

                                     Because He is worthy,

                                               Amy
